PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On September 26, 2025, Plaintiff filed an Emergency Request for Temporary Restraining Order (DE 3 ) ("Motion"). Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, a motion for a temporary restraining order must contain "specific facts in an affidavit or a verified complaint [that] clearly show that immediate and irreparable, injury, loss or damage will result to the movant before the adverse party can be heard[.]" In addition, Southern District of Florida Local Rule 7.1(d) requires that all emergency motions: (1) set forth in detail the nature of the emergency, (2) specify the date by which a ruling is necessary and why, and (3) include a certification before the signature block. Local Rule 7.1(a)(2) further requires that such motions be accompanied by a proposed order. Plaintiff's Motion does not comply with these requirements. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall comply with Rule 65 and Local Rule 7.1 on or before September 29, 2025. Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 9/26/2025.
