MINUTES (Text Only) for proceedings held before Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on 3/19/2026: SHOW CAUSE HEARING as to Why Counsel should not be Sanctioned for Failing to Follow the Court's Orders to Return Petitioner's Documents and Possessions, and Timely Respond to the Court's 3/12/2026 Order to Show Cause. After hearing oral argument from the parties, the Court found that Respondent failed to comply with three (3) Orders of the Court: 1) Failure to Return Petitioner's documents and possession at the time of his release; 2) Failure to submit a Notice of Compliance; and 3) Failure to comply with this Court's 3/12/2026 Order to Show Cause. The Government should continue searching for Petitioner's possessions. The matter remains open and if the Government is able to locate Petitioner's possessions within 2 weeks, they are to file a notice letting the Court know.
