The Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada is appointed to represent Petitioner and i s directed to file a notice of appearance (or indicate its inability to represent Petitioner) within 7 days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the Federal Public Defender files a notice of appearance in this matter, it will then have 14 days to file an amended petition (or to indicate that an amended petition is unnecessary). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court: 1. FILE the 1 -1 petition. 2. ADD the United States Attorneys' Off ice for the District of Nevada to the docket as an Interested Party. ORDER - IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Petitioner's writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 8 ) is GRANTED with respect to his request for a bond hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents shall provide Petitioner with anindividualized bond hea ring before an immigration judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1226(a) by April 20, 2026. (See Order for details). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents must file a Notice of Compliance within ten (10) days of providing Petitioner with a bond deter mination hearing.
