ORDER Granting in Part the Petitioner's Writ and Denying as Moot the Temporary Restraining Order. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petitioner's first amended petition for writ of habeas corpus [ECF No. 8 is GRANTED in part as set forth in this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner's motion for preliminary injunction[ECF No. 9 ] is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the respondents are ordered to release Mutenga within twenty-four hours, by 5:00 p.m ., on April 10, 2026. The petitioner must be released from custody and placed on the same order of supervision to which he was previously subjected. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a joint status report no later than April 17, 20 26, advising of the status of compliance with this order, and whether this matter should remain open or be closed. The Clerk of Court is kindly directed to (1) substitute Kristi Noem with Markwayne Mullin; (2) substitute Pamela Bondi with Todd Blanche; and (3) correct the docket to reflect the petitioners true name, Hannington Mutenga.
