MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Cristina D. Silva on 3/24/2026. Petitioner Osejo Garcia Leynor seeks leave to file an amended petition for writ of habeas corpus. ECF No. 8 . His proposed amended petition addresses the immigration judge's March 10, 2026 bond order, which he asserts was denied based solely on the conclusory statement that he is an arriving alien. Id. at 2. Based on these representations, I find good cause to grant Garcia Leynor's motion to amend. Additionally, in light of the amended petition, his motion for preliminary injunction (ECF No. 2 ) is denied as moot.
