He entered the United States on November 6, 2021, through San Luis, Arizona. He was apprehended at the time of his crossing. He was subsequently released on an Order of Release on Recognizance. See Form I-213 (Dkt #1-3). Petitioner resided in Revere, Massachusetts, and was gainfully employed as a carpenter. He has no criminal history. He was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on November 25, 2025, and is currently held at Plymouth County Correctional facility. The court orders that ICE facilitate a bond hearing for him before an Immigration Judge consistent with the standards outlined in Hernandez-Lara v. Lyons, 10 F.4th 19 (1st Cir. 2021)), as soon as practicable, but in no case more than seven days from the date of this Order (by 3/4/26). (MZ) (Entered: 02/25/2026)
