As ordered at the telephone hearing this afternoon, the status quo shall be maintained until June 30, 2025, meaning that consistent with a preliminary injunction issued by the district court in Massachussetts, which Respondents are currently following, Petitioner will have an opportunity to contest his removal to Mexico under the process set forth in that preliminary injunction and will not be removed to Mexico or any third country other than Cuba prior to that time.
