MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER. The Court's prior 20 Order is WITHDRAWNand substituted with this Order. Respondents' 10 Motion to Dismiss Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is GRANTED. Petitioner's 2 Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 is DENIED without prejudice. No later than A4/28/2026, at 5:00 p.m., Respondents shall provide the Court with a status update concerning Petitioner's removal. The Court also WITHDRAWS its prior 6 Order requiring five days' notice before Petitioner is removed or transferred. Instead, Respondents are ORDERED to serve this Order and Petitioner's flight itinerary, (Dkt. No. 21-1), on him as soon as is practicable and no later than 24 hours before his first flight departs.
