Respondents shall file a supplemental declaration explaining the basis for the declarant's statement, identifying the specific information reviewed by the declarant upon which the statement is based, and attaching the underlying documentation establishing (1) the actual time of departure of the plane to which the declarant refers and (2) the list of passengers actually on the plane showing Petitioner was on the plane. Respondents may redact the names and other identifying information of passengers other than petitioner. Respondents shall make this supplemental filing by February 26, 2026.
