PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Respondents' Motion for Clarification, ECF No. 12, filed on February 26, 2026. The Motion indicates that the Respondents are unable to comply with the Court's Order, ECF No. 11, that Respondents shall not transfer Petitioner outside of the Southern District of Florida. Moreover, Respondents argue jurisdiction is improper as Petitioner is not currently located in the Southern District of Florida.
