PAPERLESS ORDER. Boonley Gutierrez Quezada has filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Prohibiting Transfer [ECF No. 3], and an Emergency Motion for Immediate Release [ECF No. 4] ("Emergency Motions"). Our Local Rules require a party filing an emergency motion to certify that the motion "in fact presents a true emergency" and "requires an immediate ruling because the Court would not be able to provide meaningful relief... after the expiration of seven days." S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(d)(1). But Quezada didn't certify either motion as a true emergency and has therefore violated Local Rule 7.1(d). So, we STRIKE Quezada's 3 4 Emergency Motions. Quezada may refile his Emergency Motions in accordance with our Local Rules. Signed by Judge Roy K. Altman on 2/18/2026. (gan) (Entered: 02/19/2026)
