FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS signed by Magistrate Judge Jeremy D. Peterson on 3/18/2026 RECOMMENDING the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus be granted and ordering respondents to immediately release petitioner from custody. Respondents shall no t impose any additional restrictions unless it is determined to be necessary at a future pre-deprivation/ custody hearing.
