NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER. The Clerk is directed to change the caption of this case to reflect that the only proper petitioner is Alieskys Venega Sanabria, who is proceeding pro se. Anaysa del Sol Leal will be removed as a party to the case. If Petitioner Sanabria wishes to pursue these habeas claims, he must file an amended petition and either pay the $5.00 fling fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis within 30 days. Additionally, because del Sol Leal lacks standing to seek relief on behalf of Sanabria, the Court denies the motions for temporary restraining order, immediate release, and expedited review without prejudice to Sanabria's right to seek relief in his own name. Dkt. Nos. 4, 5, 6 . The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Bluebonnet Detention Center is the only proper respondent. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to del Sol Leal. But she will not receive any further notice of the proceedings here. The Clerk is also directed to mail Petitioner Alieskys Venega Sanabda a copy of the original petition filed here, Dkt. No. 1, a blank Section 2241 form marked, "amended" and stamped with this cause number, and an application to proceed in forma pauperis.
