ENDORSED ORDER Text of Order: As discussed at todays hearing, the respondents shall file on or before March 25, 2026, a copy of any written memorandum order by the Immigration Court detailing the reasoning underlying its March 10, 2026 denial of bond and its finding that the petitioner is a danger to the community by clear and convincing evidence. Should such a written memorandum order not issue or be available by that date, counsel shall provide to the court the audio recording of the hearing. On or before April 1, 2026, the petitioner shall file a supplemental memorandum to his motion for immediate release (doc. no. 7) briefing the issue raised at the status conference: whether due process requires the Immigration Court to explain the factual findings and legal reasoning underpinning its bond decision, and whether the Immigration Court did so in this case. The respondents shall file a response on or before April 8, 2026. As discussed at todays hearing, on or before March 27, 2026, the petitioner shall file a motion to seal at Level I (L.R. 83.12(b)(1)) certain exhibits or portions thereof attached to his motion for immediate release (doc. no. 7) and submit with his motion to seal copies of those exhibits redacting any information he seeks to seal.
