MEMORANDUM AND OPINION (Written Opinion): The Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is granted. The government shall, if necessary, immediately return the petitioner to the District of Minnesota. When the petitioner is in Minnesota, the government s hall immediately release the petitioner subject to and in accordance with the conditions in his preexisting Order of Supervision, and shall return any personal property seized from the petitioner when detained.
