ORDER: (1) The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of Guirachocha's petition 1, all relevant attachments (Doc. # 1-1 through 1-12) and this Order by electronic mail to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky.(2) Respondents shall file their response to the petition within fourteen (14) days after the date of entry of this Order.
