ORDER. Based on the information provided by Respondent, the Court concludes that there is a significant likelihood of Petitioner's removal in the reasonably foreseeable future, so Petitioner's detention remains authorized. Petitioner has not shown that he is eligible for federal habeas relief at this time. As a result, the Court denies the petition and dismisses this civil action without prejudice.
