ORDER GRANTING 11 Motion to Enforce Judgment. Petitioner contends that the 03/26/2026 bond hearing he was afforded did not comply with the Court's mandate because his counsel was not given notice of the hearing and, consequently, was not present to assist him at the hearing. There is no question that Petitioner was represented by counsel throughout the habeas corpus proceedings. This representation was known to Respondents. Counsel for Petitioner avers that at the time of the bond hearing his appearance was entered in both in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals. (ECF No. 11, pp. 1-2). The failure to provide notice to counsel led to a bond hearing that fell beneath that ordered to be afforded Petitioner by the Court. As such, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner shall be afforded an individualized bond hearing with his counsel present within twenty-one days. Signed by Judge William S. Stickman on 08/11/2026.
