FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS signed by Magistrate Judge Allison Claire on 4/10/2026 RECOMMENDING that the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, along with the 12 Supplemental Petition be granted as follows: Respondent be ordered to immediatel y release Jorge Luis Sut Pol 221-454-441 from respondent's custody, return all of petitioner's documents and possession upon his release from custody, and file a notice of compliance within 3 days of any order adopting these findings and re commendations, confirming petitioner's release from custody and the return of his documents and possessions.
