MINUTE ORDER (text-only): This matter comes before the Court on the Parties' Joint Expedited Motion for Briefing Schedule. Dkt. No. 16 . Federal Respondents seek a five day extension of the return deadline so that their counsel may "receive and review immigration records for the eleven, unrelated Petitioners." Id. at 2. Petitioners oppose the extension. Id. at 4. The Court does not find there to be good cause to deviate from the standard briefing schedule under General Order 10-25, see Dkt. No. 13 . Federal Respondents' burden of reviewing the eleven Petitioners' A files would be no different had they filed their petitions individually rather than combined into a single action.
