(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT: Upon review of Federal Respondents' Response to Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 5 the Court directs Respondents to file, by February 16, 2026, a copy of the charging document or other evidence substantiating Respondents' claim that DHS charged Petitioner "as removable pursuant to INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) [i.e., 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(7)(A)(i)(I)]." (ECF No. 5 at 2.) In addition, to the extent Respondents claim Petitioner is subject to an order of removal subject to 8 U.S.C. 1231(c), Respondents shall also file a copy of the removal order. Failure to comply will be deemed a failure to meet Respondents' burden of production pursuant to the Order to Show Cause 3 to produce "[s]uch affidavits and exhibits as are needed to establish the lawfulness and correct duration of Petitioner's detention."
