ORDER: (1) The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of Bekzada's Petition 1, all relevant attachments to the Petition (Doc. # 1-1 through 1-6) and this Order by electronic mail to the United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky. (2) Respondents shall file their response to the petition within fourteen (14) days after the date of entry of this Order. The response should be in the form of a memorandum addressing the factual allegations and legal claims contained in the petition.
