In light of the joint representation that Petitioner is being returned to Minnesota in order to release him, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (1) Respondents need not respond to 3 Order to Show Cause; (2) Respondents are ORDERED to facilitate Petitioner's release directly to his counsel, Shana Drengenberg, at a time and place agreeable to both Respondents and Ms. Drengenberg; and (3) Respondents are ORDERED to release Petitioner without conditions and with all of his property. The parties are ordered to certify that the Petitioner has been returned to Minnesota and released and that all other conditions in this Order have been met no later than February 17, 2026.
