ORDER granting in part and denying in part [1] Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed by Justo Betancourt. To the extent Betancourt seeks immediate release from ICE custody or any other relief, the petition is DENIED. To the extent Betancourt seeks a procedural remedy for the revocation of his supervised release, the petition is GRANTED. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Betancourt with the process required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i) by April 17, 2026. If that procedure is not provided by the Court's deadline, Respondents are directed to release Betancourt. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case.
