IT IS ORDERED that, on or before March 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST, Respondents shall either (1) provide Petitioner with a bond hearing before an IJ, at which the government shall bear the burden of persuasion of justifying his continued detention; or (2) immediately release Petitioner from custody.
