Mr. Carrillo-Figueroa's Petition is not properly verified.Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Petitioner must re-file his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus with a proper verification statement by February 12, 2026. A Bond hearing is to be set no later than 2/205/2026 and if granted, Respondents are ORDERED to immediately release Petitioner from detention.
