TEXT ORDER- This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner's counsel's letter dated February 11, 2026, which informs the Court that Petitioner may be transferred from Delaney Hall in Newark, New Jersey and seeks to enjoin his transfer while this matter is pending. The Petition does not provide Petitioner's country of citizenship or his A-Number, and the Court is unable to locate Petitioner using the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Detainee Locator System. Pursuant to the Court's authority under the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651, Respondents are hereby TEMPORARILY ENJOINED from transferring Petitioner from his current detention facility and shall provide the name and location of that facility in writing by Friday, February 13, 2016, at 5 p.m. The Court will order expedited briefing or other relief by separate order.
