Judge Richard G. Stearns: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered re 7 Response to Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus - 2241 filed by Kristi L. Noem, Antoine Moniz, Todd M Lyons, Patricia Hyde, Pamela Bondi. Petitioner B. Reboh is a native and citizen of Israel who lawfully entered the United States in December of 2022, through Boston Logan International Airport and has remained continuously in this country since his arrival.
