EO: On February 9, 2026, the court received a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 ("Petition"), requesting the court assume jurisdiction over this matter, and seeking inter alia "habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2243, immediate release, or, at minimum, prompt custody redetermination (bond hearing) before an immigration judge; together with injunctive relief, including a Temporary Restraining Order ('TRO') directing Respondents to immediately release Petitioner."
