District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting 10 Emergency Motion for Order to Immediately Release the Petition from ICE Custody. The Motion is ALLOWED in light of (1) the Order of Judge Talwani; (2) the decision of the Immigration Judge ordering Petitioners release on bond; (3) the efforts to post the bail; and (4) the limited hours made available by ICE for accepting and approving bonds. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that (1) ICE shall release Petitioner from custody immediately; (2) Petitioner shall post the bond required by the Immigration Judge by close of business Tuesday October 14, 2025; and (3) Petitioner shall file a notification to this Court that bond has been posted and accepted once that has occurred. Counsel for petitioner shall work with the USAO and ICE to facilitate notice to ICE of this Order and compliance with it.
