(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Petitioner filed an ex parte application for a temporary restraining order (TRO) on February 9, 2026 and provided notice of the application as required by Rule 65 and the Local Rules. However, as the case had not been assigned when Plaintiff filed the TRO application and therefore was not yet subject to this Court's standing order, the Court now orders the government to file its opposition or statement of nonopposition to the TRO application by 6:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026. Failure to timely respond will be construed as consent to granting the TRO application as unopposed. In addition, the February 12 hearings on the applications for a TRO and order to show cause (Dkt. Nos. 4, 5) are vacated and may be reset after reviewing the government's response. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (lfa) TEXT ONLY ENTRY (Entered: 02/10/2026)
