ORDER: Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a), the decision on Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction 2 is consolidated with the merits. Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is granted as to her First Claim for Relief. The Petition is otherwise denied without prejudice as moot. Respondents must provide Petitioner a bond redetermination hearing within ten days or otherwise release her from custody under the same conditio ns that existed before her detention.
