TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's letter alleging that the Immigration Judge's conclusion at the Court ordered bond hearing was contrary to the law. (ECF No. 10.) This Court lacks jurisdiction to review any discretionary determinations underlying the immigration judge's bond decision, but it can review whether the bond hearing was fundamentally unfair. Ghanem v. Warden Essex Cnty. Corr. Facility, No. 21-1908, 2022 WL 574624, at *2 (3d Cir. Feb. 25, 2022). Therefore, Petitioner's letter is not a substitute for an appeal of the Immigration Judge's Order denying bond. Respondents are ORDERED to provide a copy of the hearing transcript and a response to the letter motion within seven (7) days of the date of this Text Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner may file a reply within (7) days of receipt of Respondents' response. SO ORDERED by Judge Brian R. Martinotti on 03/09/2026. (lr, ) (Entered: 03/09/2026)
