PAPERLESS ORDER: On February 10, 2026, the Court granted in part the petition for a writ of habeas corpus, and ordered that Argueta file a motion seeking a bond hearing and that a bond hearing be held within seven days of the filing of his motion. ECF 8, at 3. The Court also ordered that the parties file a status report no later than within seven days of the bond hearing. Id. To date, no status report has been filed. By Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the parties shall file a status report informing the Court whether Mr. Argueta has been afforded a bond hearing consistent with this Court's order and, if so, what the outcome of that bond hearing was. In their status report, the parties also shall inform the Court whether, if Mr. Argueta has been afforded a bond hearing consistent with this Court's order, they consent to the dismissal of this matter without prejudice.
