Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing before an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226, which hearing SHALL occur before and separate from any hearing on the merits of Petitioner's removal. The Immigration Court SHALL provide Petitioner with the opportunity for a bond hearing no later than seven (7) days from the date of entry of this Order.
