ORDER granting 7 MOTION to Dissolve Temporary Restraining Order and granting 7 MOTION to Cancel Status Conference. Before he filed his habeas petition in the District of Vermont on February 5, 2026, Petitioner was transferred to a detention center located in the Western District of Louisiana. This court therefore has no jurisdiction to adjudicate his petition for habeas corpus. Petitioner concedes that the TRO must be dissolved. Pursuant to this order the TRO (Doc. 4) is DISSOLVED and the status conference is CANCELLED. As requested, Petitioner has until February 18, 2026, to decide whether he will voluntarily dismiss his habeas petition or whether he will seek transfer to the district where he is detained.
