DOCKET TEXT ORDER. 9 Docket Text Order and the deadlines it imposed are hereby STRICKEN. If they have not already done so, Petitioners shall promptly serve Respondents, in a manner that complies with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4, with summons and copies of 1 Verified Petition for Habeas Corpus and Declaratory Action. While it appears that Petitioners have filed proof of the service required by subsection (i)(1)(a) of Rule 4, they have not filed proof of the service required by subsections (i)(1)(B) or (i)(2). If they have not already done so, Petitioners shall promptly comply with these service requirements. Once Petitioners have done so, they shall promptly file proof of service. Respondents shall respond to 1 Verified Petition for Habeas Corpus and Declaratory Action no later than 21 days after Petitioners file proof of the service required by Rule 4 and this order. Some or all Respondents may file joint or separate responses. Petitioners may reply no later than seven days after Respondents file their response(s). If any of these deadlines falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, the response or reply may be filed by the end of the next business day. In accordance with communications from the United States Attorney's Office and counsel for Petitioners, the court will entertain an unopposed motion requiring that the Petitioners not be removed from the United States until this Petition is resolved.
