Order Granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Directing Petitioner's Release IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that petitioner Juan Gabriel Hermosillo-Barajas's amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus [ECF No. 12 ] is GRANTED.
