ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE. The respondents are ordered to file an answer that shows cause why the petitioner's writ should not be granted by no later than November 3, 2025. ORDER SETTING HEARING. Before the Court is attorney John M. Brays motion for leave to file a corrected habeas petition (Dkt. No. 16 ) and Response (Dkt. No. 15 ) to this Court's Order to Show Cause (Dkt. No. 14 ). The motion (Dkt. No. 16 ) is granted.
