ORDER granting 9 MOTION to Continue -- Petitioner requests, inter alia, an adjournment of the hearing scheduled for today, on consent. See ECF No. 9 (stating that "the government yesterday filed documents that require a response;" that counsel for Petitioner is "unable to provide a response until [counsel] conduct[s] further investigation;" that counsel has "not had the opportunity to meet with [Petitioner] regarding this new information;" and that counsel "need[s] to discuss this matter with [Petitioner]").
