ORDER. The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the Emergency Motion for Order to Show Cause, Expedited Return, Production of Records, Hearing on Petitioner's Request for Habeas Relief, and Production of Petitioner's Body for the Hearing (Doc. 5 ).
