MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Petitioner Joel Daniel Angel-Becerril's Complaint for Preliminary Injunctive Relief; Verified Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Filing No. 1 ) is granted in part and denied in part, as set forth above. The Federal Respondents shall provide Petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and the corresponding regulations within seven days of this order. If the Federal Respondents do not provide Petitioner with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) as required by this Order, Petitioner must be immediately released from detention. Within fourteen days of the date of this Order, the parties shall provide the Court with a status update concerning the results of any bond hearing conducted pursuant to this Order, or if no bond hearing was held, advise the Court regarding Petitioner's release.
