TEXT ORDER: This Court has reviewed the Petition at ECF No. 1 and Respondents' answer at ECF No. 4 and finds the recent decision in Bethancourt- Soto v. Soto, et al., No. 25-cv-16200, __ F. Supp. 3d __, 2025 WL 2976572 (D.N.J. Oct. 22, 2025) applies. Petitioner was apprehended inside the United States after residing here for an extended period, so 8 U.S.C. § 1226 requires an opportunity to seek bond. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the immigration court shall provide Petitioner with a bond hearing no later than 5:00p.m. on February 13, 2026.
