THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Petitioner's Notice of Filing and request for an Order to Show Cause why Respondents should not be held in contempt for remaining in violation of the Court's February 4, 2026 Order, ECF No. 11 . The Court held a Show Cause hearing on February 13, 2026.
