Wofford, No. 1:24-cv-01238-SKO, 2025 WL 604744 (E.D. Cal. Feb. 24, 2026) and S.E. v. Noem, No. 1:26-cv-00365-DAD-SCR, 2026 WL 206085 (E.D. Cal. Jan. 27, 2026), or indicate that the matter is not substantively distinguishable. Petitioner may file a Reply on or before 2/9/2026.
