PAPERLESS ORDER ON MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE COUNSEL. THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Petitioner Jose Serrano's Counsel Andrew W. Clopman's Motion to Substitute Counsel (the "Motion"), ECF No. 27 . In the Motion, Clopman explains that Petitioner retained Clopman "to represent him in the instant matter," that "there are no pending deadlines," and that Respondents' counsel has "no objection" to the Motion. See ECF No. 27 at 1-2. Because the Court finds that good cause exists for the substitution of counsel and that the substitution would not prejudice either party, the Motion, ECF No. 27, is GRANTED. Petitioner's prior counsel, Robert Sheldon, is TERMINATED as counsel of record for Petitioner and is relieved of all further responsibilities related to this action.
