ORDER.Petitioner is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE IN WRITING why this petition should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. If Kristopher seeks to pursue this action on Jairos behalf as next friend, he must: (1) adequately explicate why Jairo cannot prosecute this habeas proceeding on his own consistent with relevant case law; (2) establish that he is truly dedicated to Jairos best interests; and (3) show a significant relationship consistent with relevant case law.
