MINUTE ORDER (Text Entry Only) On January 30, 2026, Petitioner, who is proceeding pro se, filed this Petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. (Doc. 1 .) On February 4, 2026, the assigned magistrate judge set an accelerated briefing schedule to resolve the merits. (Doc. 9 .) On February 17, 2026, Petitioner filed a request for emergency injunctive relief, which appears to seek an even more accelerated disposition of the matter along with other relief. (Doc. 12 .) Petitioner, who was arrested pursuant to an ICE detainer in September 2025 after a non-immigration arrest fails to explain adequately the delay in seeking emergency injunctive relief or why this Court should nonetheless treat the situation as a procedural emergency and/or further accelerate the briefing schedule.
