(Text-Only) The Court has received adequate briefing on whether Petitioner's habeas petition is moot, but requires additional briefing on the issue of whether the award of attorney's fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act is appropriate in this case. Therefore, the Court orders the following supplemental briefing schedule.
