On January 29, 2026, Uhde Anthony Rudon filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the present Ex Parte Application for a Temporary Restraining Order against Kristi Noem, Pamela J. Bondi, Thomas Giles, James Pilkington, and the Warden of Adelanto Detention Facility. (ECF Nos. 1, 2.) Petitioner is a noncitizen who is currently being held in Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") custody.
